As a qualified Pilates Practitioner coming from a professional dance background, I am very passionate about how the body moves and work with clients to restore the natural order and flow of movement for their body. Clients benefit from personalised, sequenced exercises specific to their needs and enjoy the calm, beautiful environment on offer.
